Si’s just come home after finishing a 6 person Open water group and has collapsed on the sofa asleep after hardly any sleep, piles of UK work and coping with me  😉

I on the other had got up around 8am for an hour and then went back to bed, still feeling achey and conjested but feeling a whole lot better that yesterday, which is good.

Simons on an early finish today (4pm) as he did a late stint in the office till 8pm last night.

Plans for today are to tidy the house, sort the washing out.  Try and get out on the bike and do some excercise and sweat these bugs out of me so I can get back in the water.

Tonight, Simon’s got his Open Water video showing around 7pm so we’ll be down at Crystal bar cheering his students on.  Im sure Simon did something funny in the video, so it’s always good to see 😀

The last few days I have been out of the water due to my very sore foot.. I am glad to report it is getting better, but slowly…

The structure is coming on… another day or 2 of welding should suffice… and then we shall deploy it at Junkyard over the next week or so.

Jen has been teaching, and conducting the dive site cleanup… It was the biggest this year with 36 participants from our dive school… brilliant!

Today, we are off!!  Jen has laid in bed till almost mid day, while I sort our flights back to the UK…

I can now confirm, that we shall be arriving back on the 14th December and staying for a month… Get those spare rooms ready!!!

xx

My Dutch student, as part of here Marine Resource Management course, was tasked with creating a new design, and of course being Dutch, she came up with a windmill…!

So, with much hard work cutting, grinding and welding in between showers of rain…also getting multiple electric shocks (welcome to Thailand), and possibly breaking a toe catching it in a tree root… I am looking forward to finishing it..

The frame is near completion… now comes the little bits of decoration that take so long…
